All our service levels include unlimited content updates. You can email or telephone us with your changes which we aim to complete within 24 hours. You can also update most existing content yourself through our easy to use content management system.
No, all costs associated with ongoing layout and content updates, maintenance and hosting within the scope of your current subscription are included. If you require functionality outside the scope of your current subscription level - you are able to upgrade to a higher tier at the current advertised rate.
When you first sign up we work together with you to design your website. We usually ask you to complete a short website design brief to get a better understanding of your needs.
While your subscription is active we are happy to work with you to revise the design until you are 100% satisfied. After 36 months we also offer a technical and design refresh, all included within the monthly subscription cost.
Yes, if you prefer, you are able to register and manage your own domain name. We do however offer a domain name registration, renewal and management service included within the monthly subscription cost.
Yes, we can set up an email address using your website domain name. This can be accessed through a webmail client, a mail application or forwarded to an existing address. We can also allow access to your domain name from third party email services such as Gmail or Outlook.
We work to a strict code of modern web standards, meaning your website pages and content will be correctly structured and easily found by Google. When working on a new project we also submit your website address to Google and make sure any address forwarding or sitemaps are present and correct.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a highly complex area and search engines are always amending their systems. We are not a specialist SEO agency and we do not include advanced SEO services (link building, content creation etc) within our monthly subscription packages.
You can view your website visitors and page views from our easy to understand analytics dashboard - accessed through your North East Digital account. We can also install Google Analytics on your website which can be accessed through a Google account.
You should have a clear vision for what you want to achieve from your website, and have all your content ready before we start. Depending upon the complexity of the design and functionality, a typical website should be live within 3-6 weeks.

To preserve quality of service we only work with clients where we feel there is a strong prospect of a long-lasting, mutually beneficial business relationship. If we decide to work together, we will send you a link where you are able to sign up and activate your direct debit.
Payments are collected on the 1st of each month via a direct debit managed by GoCardless.
You must agree to our terms and conditions, however, there is no minimum contract. If you are not happy or no longer require your website you are free to leave at any time.
Yes, after 12 months active subscription you will own the combined visual design we have created for your project. You are free to use this design at another web agency. We can also transfer any domain names we have registered for you free of charge.
No, the code we have developed for your website is bespoke, and is licensed for use on your website for the duration of an active subscription only.
